I have been getting my hair done for years at salons and this was the 1st time in 30 years I found someone that asked me all the right things before touching my hair, I suffer from CRPS so certain meds can effect your hair & Lisa accommodated all my needs and wants plus more. "Went for a balayage and a cut with long layers, so happy with the results! Best salon experience I've had in a long time. Lisa and Nikki were very thorough, taking their time to really talk through what I wanted, explaining each part as they went and checking in with me during. After I made my appointment, Lisa asked ahead of time for pictures of my hair now and pics of what I wanted, which made it easy for me to properly explain (very helpful for a socially anxious person like me who has trouble saying everything I intend to in person). They asked useful questions at the start of the appointment, like what do I like best about my hair now and what do I like least, how much time do I usually spend styling my hair, etc. That definitely helped us talk through what I was trying to achieve with the cut and coloring I had in mind (more volume, movement and dimension). They explained how to best care for it afterwards and said I could text if I have any questions later on, which I really appreciated. Everything came out exactly as I wanted! I went in for highlights, shampoo, cut, blow dry and style, but Lisa suggested a full color instead because my hair really needed some “love”. I love the end result. Lisa was my stylist for my highlights in March. She is very personable and listens. It was my first visit, so we need to tweak it a bit next visit, which is normal.  I will be setting up my next appointment soon!  I would recommend Lisa if you are looking for a new stylist!

I went here for my birthday for a massage and facial. Christian did my hour long massage and it felt amazing. Minimal soreness the day after and definitely feel rejuvenated! Lisa did my facial and was a gem. She's full of personality and made my experience memorable. She provided information for after care and my face looks so clean and fresh.. I'm so appreciative of their hard work and I will go back for their services again. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the facility itself could use upgrades. They have a great team-- but they could definitely elevate the experience with a updated atmosphere. ~ Brianna S.
